Payment Policy
Our fees reflect our expertise, the quality of our facility and equipment, the caring and concern of our staff, continuing education, and the service provided.
If you would prefer an estimate prior to services rendered, please ask. We want you to be aware of all charges that may be incurred.
Some policies concerning payment at Hometown Veterinary Care:
- We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, debit card, or Care Credit.
- Charging is not allowed.
- There are no exceptions unless prior arrangements have been made with Dr. Noll.
- If you do not arrive prepared to pay, please reschedule.
We would rather not be so stringent in our payment policy, but past experience is a great teacher and dictates strict adherence to a policy.
